Addressing the past issues encountered by Ehsaas’s survey, which led to the exclusion of eligible families, the dynamic survey commenced in April 2023. This new approach ensures that low-profile families are identified as eligible beneficiaries for the BISP 2023-24. Moreover, it provides an automated and verified poverty score based on the household’s assets using cutting-edge methods. With the dynamic survey, the goal is to make the process more efficient and accurate, ensuring that deserving families receive the assistance they need.

Eligibility for participation in the 8171 SMS service is limited to individuals who are not government employees, business professionals, or wealthy individuals. Confirmation of eligibility will be communicated through the 8171 SMS service. Additionally, all households previously registered via the NSER survey will undergo re-verification through the new dynamic survey. The online CNIC checks of previous Ehsaas program beneficiaries will also be conducted as part of this dynamic survey.

If you want to participate in BISP Dynamic Survey, then you have to visit the BISP center with the following documents:

• Original identity card of a spouse.
• Original B-form of children.
• Household electricity and gas bill.

Note:

• In the case of a widow, the widow’s identity card must be updated from NADRA after the husband’s death.
• A woman must have her NADRA-related identity card updated after divorce.
• If any person is disabled to come home, his/her disability ID card should be mandatory.
