BISP Dynamic Survey Registration 2023-24 Check Online
The Government of Pakistan has introduced the BISP Dynamic Survey online registration for the year 2023-24. This initiative aims to include new families who were previously left out during the 8171 Ehsaas Program Survey registry. The primary goal is to establish a new survey system that will register eligible families who have been waiting for the upcoming survey in Pakistan. This new survey is expected to cover a significant number of households and is considered more dependable than the NSER survey.
The government has ensured that individuals and families awaiting registration in the new BISP program will have the chance to complete their process. To facilitate this, BISP digital Khidmat Markaz has been set up in every district across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Jammu Kashmir. These BISP Khidmat Centers will be available to provide assistance and support to the beneficiaries of the Ehsaas Kafalat program.
We would like to inform all households and individuals who are not yet part of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) that the upcoming BISP Dynamic Survey 2023-24 is your chance to register and update your socio-economic data. To be eligible for the survey or update, please visit your nearest BISP Registration Center with the following documents:

BISP Dynamic Survey 2023-24
The Pakistani government has launched the online registration of the BISP Dynamic Survey with the aim of including additional families that were previously missed out during the 8171 Ehsaas Program survey registry. The primary objective behind implementing this survey system is to enroll more eligible families and facilitate future surveys across the country. The registration process for many households is scheduled to be completed during the year 2023-24. Compared to the NSER service, the dynamic survey is considered to be more dependable.

Dynamic Survey BISP Check Online Registration 2023-24
Introducing the dynamic survey – a digital BISP survey designed for seamless processing and error-free results. Addressing the past issues encountered by Ehsaas’s survey, which led to the exclusion of eligible families, the dynamic survey commenced in April 2023. This new approach ensures that low-profile families are identified as eligible beneficiaries for the BISP 2023-24. Moreover, it provides an automated and verified poverty score based on the household’s assets using cutting-edge methods. With the dynamic survey, the goal is to make the process more efficient and accurate, ensuring that deserving families receive the assistance they need.
Eligibility for participation in the 8171 SMS service is limited to individuals who are not government employees, business professionals, or wealthy individuals. Confirmation of eligibility will be communicated through the 8171 SMS service. Additionally, all households previously registered via the NSER survey will undergo re-verification through the new dynamic survey. The online CNIC checks of previous Ehsaas program beneficiaries will also be conducted as part of this dynamic survey.
